There are standard approval stages for proposed video projects: acceptance of proposed creative direction/script or storyboard; attendance and approval at location shoot; approval of support elements such as music and graphics; and approval and acceptance of edited final product. Should any revisions be necessary following client-approval stages and occurring outside of the scope of the original agreed-upon approach, billing adjustments will be made with prior notification and agreement from client. CROP Creative Media typically issues a short letter of agreement once the terms have been settled with prospective clients. The terms of the agreement require 50 percent payment upon acceptance before any work can begin on the project. The balance will be billed following delivery and acceptance of the finished projects. After we meet to discuss our proposal and make any needed adjustments, we will generate the agreement letter for signatures and dates. Then we will send an invoice via e-mail. We look forward to hearing from you and we would love to help you with your next media project!
